Sezal Glass Ltd Signs an MOU with Government of Gujarat at the 'Vibrant Gujarat' Summit 2011


Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, Friday, January 14, 2011 -- (Business Wire India) -- Sezal Glass Ltd. (SGL), manufacturer of Float Glass and one of the leading Architectural glass processing companies in India, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Gujarat Government, with an intention to invest an amount of Rs. 750 crores ( Rupees Seven Hundred & Fifty Crores) for setting up its Second Float Glass manufacturing facility at Bharuch, Jhagadia. The MOU was signed on January 12, 2011 at the 'Vibrant Gujarat' Summit 2011.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Amrrut S. Gada, Chairman and Managing Director, Sezal Glass Ltd. said, "We had started the float glass manufacturing operations from our plant in the last quarter of the last financial year & today we are proud to announce that we are operating the plant at the full capacity. Looking into the overall recovery in the residential & automotive markets the trend for the float glass products seems to be positive for the next few years.
