Prominent redesigning is in terms of segregation of tabs into 4 main categories - Profile, Engage, Career and Contacts; which are further segregated into relevant topics of interest.

Besides the existing Profile and Contacts tabs ; there is an addition of the new tab- 'Engage' that adds different features like hubs, events, communities, questions, blogs, announcements and articles which can now be read, shared and talked about with ease. Also, to make the website more exposed to Opportunities, the tab "Career" is created which gives an insight into Jobs and opportunities available along with Higher Education options available through a list of Local Institutes and MBA colleges' one can enroll into.
