GCMMF Board Meets, Resolves All Pending Issues


Anand, Gujarat, India, Wednesday, July 28, 2010 -- (Business Wire India) -- Board meeting of Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation Limited was held on 27th July 2010. All the issues, which were pending for approval due to last two non-quorum meetings, were approved by the Board. The Board has approved Annual Accounts for the year 2009-10. The Board has also unanimously approved resignation of Shri B. M. Vyas and ratified the action taken by Chairman, GCMMF in this regard.
