Online Registration for Goafest 2009 open till April 1

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, Tuesday, March 31, 2009 -- (Business Wire India) -- The Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI) and The Advertising Club Bombay today announced that online registrations for Goafest 2009, India's premier advertising awards festival will be open till the evening of April 1, 2009. Goafest 2009 registrations have already crossed the two thousand mark and are still climbing. This year in an effort to encourage participation of talented young advertising professionals, Goafest is offering individuals under 30 whose agencies are a member of the AAAI, the chance to register for Goafest 2009 at half the cost. Registrations between April 2-4, 2009 will be accepted at the venue.

Goafest 2009 will be swankier this year and is organised on a grander scale than the previously held Goafests. It will be held at Cavelossim Beach, Goa, in a specially created 'Advillage'. Scheduled on April 2-4, 2009 the Goafest 2009 theme for this year is "Why Waste a Good Recession?"
Day 1 starts with the Discovery Industry Leadership Conclave where keynote speakers from across the globe reflect and debate issues and challenges facing advertising and marketing and share their learning's and thoughts on the future.
Day 2 and 3 have the SBI Knowledge and Learning Seminars followed by the prestigious Abby Awards - Media on Day 2 and Creative on Day 3.
