Singapore, Monday, July 22, 2013 -- (Business Wire India) -- The Rikvin App offers a range of tools and resources that help users determine their Singapore company setup, investment or relocation options.

Singapore company registration specialist Rikvin is pleased to announce the launch Version 2.0 of the Rikvin App in India. The app is available both in Android and Apple devices.

NAME CHECK

The Singapore Company Name Check Tool not only serves as a directory of names available for registration but includes the company name guidelines specified by ACRA. The tool would also inform the user that the registration of a Singapore company name that is 1) undesirable or obscene, 2) identical to the names of existing enterprises or 3) identical to names reserved in its register will not be possible.

TOOLS

This section features three popular services offered by Rikvin. The Company Directory Search allows users to look for specific entities that have been registered in Singapore. The AGM Calculator helps users to identify the next Annual General Meeting date as well as the deadline for lodging Annual Returns with ACRA. The SSIC Directory Search, on the other hand, allows users to find out the SSIC code that classifies their primary business activity.

TAX
