Barco MVL Launch Debuts in New Delhi


New Delhi, Delhi, India, Monday, September 17, 2012 -- (Business Wire India) -- Barco, a world leader in visualization solutions, showcased its latest video wall at its launch event in New Delhi. Around one hundred professionals from visualization industry attend this event, at which Barco showcased the newly launched OverView M Series (MVL), and meeting room solution, the one click wonder ClickShare.

The launch event is followed by a country wide exhibition tour in Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Jamshedpur & Noida in the next couple of upcoming months.

Overwhelming attendence from the Industry

The Delhi launch event was attended by the top officials from the Government and private sector who also had the chance to have a complete demonstartion of the system to understand its features and functionalities. To name a few, there were officials from companies like Power Grid Corporation of India, Bharat Electricals Ltd., National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd., North Delhi Power Ltd., Jaypee Group, Axis Communication, Gas Authority of India Ltd. and Ministry of Railways.

Brand New Industry-Standard Video Walls

MVL is Barco's industry-standard video wall solution for control rooms. It is equipped with Sense5 automatic white point and full color calibration system ensures uniformity of color and brightness levels. Barco's unique liquid cooling system also greatly reduces the temperature of the LEDs, resulting in a significantly longer LED lifetime.

MVL and ECU-100 onsite together set up a cost-efficient local multi-channel signal display system to simulate the process of data acquisition, analysis, distribution and collaboration in control rooms, showing strong functionalities of Barco's new technology in decision making and process management.
