Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, Thursday, March 10, 2011 -- (Business Wire India) -- With the unveiling of Maritime Agenda 2010 - 2020 India is gearing up for an accelerated nationwide port modernisation exercise, which is imperative given the bullish trend forecasted for the country's share in global exports for the next five years.

Under the ten year agenda, India's port sector will invest US $66 billion, of which the majority will be from private sectors.
